CURA designed the HVAC, drying system, exhaust ventilation system and fire protection for this specialized dry tunnel for fruit processing.  A specialized ventilation solution was designed to ensure that the fruit was dried but not overheated, and ventilation was designed to mitigate the hazard of the alcohol that is used as a carrier fluid in the wax protective coating that is applied to the fruit prior to drying.
