CURA worked as an expert witness for the defence team during this commercial dispute.  We utilized our HVAC engineering and laboratory HVAC experience, forensic technical analysis capability, as well as field test gear and airflow testing equipment to prepare an independent expert opinion report that was submitted to the client’s defence team.
