IHA Gateby Intermediate Care Facility – Boiler Condition Assessent

CURA performed a condition assessment of the facility’s hydronic hot water heating system subsequent to an unplanned failure of one of two existing main heating boilers.

The condition assessment was performed on an emergency basis in order to ascertain the cause of failure, determine the expected lifespan of remaining operational heating equipment, and for the purposes of quickly securing funding for a complete replacement of the heating boiler system.
