Kind Brewery Steam System

CURA performed Mechanical Engineering steam system design for this microbrewery in West Kelowna.  Steam capacities from the boiler to individual pieces of brewing equipment were sized and calculated to ensure that the master brewer could achieve desired ramp times and boil times to ensure that his brewing recipes transformed into top-quality products.

We also created an innovative and inexpensive hot liquor tank and field-built tubular steam heat exchanger from a used stainless-steel dairy tank for the customer, the Kind Brewer, Joe Slykerman.
