Vitalus Nutrition Spray Dryer/Milk Fractionator Safety Assessment *

Mr. Hutchison completed a thorough dust hazard audit (DHA) of this milk fractionator and related equipment in accordance with relevant and appliable safety codes.

The dryer/fractionator pressure vessel and burner equipment were evaluated, including performing a finite element analysis of the teardrop-style fractionator vessel.  All ancillary equipment was audited and assessed for safety including ground, bonding, dust collection vessel, pneumatic and mechanical transfer systems, airlocks, exhaust fans, and packaging equipment.
